Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Tarian Kepala Panjang oleh suku Draa dari Distrik Yaffi di Kabupaten Keerom pada Festival Budaya Keerom. Tarian ini digunakan untuk ritual penyembuhan untuk menyerap energi negatif. Penari menari berpasangan yang bukan suami istri, dan laki-laki akan didandani tanaman obat dari hutan dan paling atas dengan bulu cendrawasih, tarian ini tidak diiringi musik.
English: Tarian Kepala Panjang (Long head dance) by Draa people from Yaffi District in Keerom Regency during Keerom Cultural Festival. This dance is sacred dance used as healing ritual by absorbing negative energy. The dancers are in pairs (which cannot be husband and wife), and the men will be dressed with elaborate headdress decorated with medicial plants from the forest, topped with bird-of-paradise feathers. This dance is not accompanied by music.
