Description
English: The animation from JMA’s High-resolution Precipitation Nowcasts shows a distinct eye-like feature of a mesoscale convective vortex near Tsushima Island from 18:20 to 19:30 UTC on August 31, 2015. The terrible weather conditions capsized 6 ships and killed 5 people, according to The Sankei Shimbun.
