Summary

Description
English: Two lambs in a field in Romney Marsh, Kent in the process of having their tails docked by the rubber ring method. The rubber ring is tight enough to cut off blood flow to the lower portion of the lamb's tail, which will eventually atrophy and fall off. Tails are commonly docked in agriculture in order to aid in disease prevention and to reduce animal maintenance.
