This image is subject to copyright. However, it is fair use in the Wish You Were Here (1987 film) article and no other articles because:

1. It is a low resolution scan (copies would be of inferior quality due to the resolution)
2. It does not limit the original copyright holder's rights or ability to sell the image or the DVD cover in any way
3. It is being used to illustrate the film in the article
4. Copies of this image could not be used to make illegal copies of the film
5. There are no free images to illustrate the film
