@Cmodeste: Hi. The problem is that your description implies that they've given permission for the file to be used on Wikipedia only. That is not good enough. Under our policies, images on Wikipedia have to be released under a license that allows reuse by anyone, for any reason, including the commercial interests of others. I've changed the deletion tag on the image to one that gives you a 7 day grace period to try and obtain permission for release under an acceptable license. It will need to be a license listed here; {{cc-by-sa-4.0}} is a popular one. If the company agrees to release the photo under one of those free licenses, evidence of permission will need to be sent as described on the tag on the image page.
