Proportion[edit]

The flag of Cape Verde has a de facto proportion of 2:3. Why does the SVG render it in a 10:17 proportion??? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.78.194.240 (talk) 16:55, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
