Just one technical issue. Is Vojvodina represented here as an independent country? According to the border lines it seems like it is.

Yes, map does not make distinction between regional and national boundaries, and further more, map shows situation in 1988 when no single Yugoslav republic or province was independent. PANONIAN 20:14, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
