Flávio Augusto do Nascimento (born 29 June 1986 in Recife), commonly known as Flávio Caça-Rato or simply Caça-Rato, is a Brazilian forward. He currently plays for Tupi.

Personal drama

At 8 years old, the father of Caça Rato came home drunk and tried to hang Caça, and when he was almost being hanged his uncle saved him. His uncle killed Caça Rato's father with two shots.

Caça-Rato took two shots on a Sunday night on August 1, 2010 in the town of Campina Barreto, Pernambuco. The incident occurred at a party after a round of Timbaúba, team that defended, at the event. Flavio got caught in an argument with two men, one of them pulled a gun and shot him in the right leg and on the back of the player. After stopping by a hospital, Flavio was medicated and discharged. He was back in the fields after a month.
