Fort Frances High School is the only high school serving Fort Frances, Ontario. The school is administered by the Rainy River District School Board and has one principal and three vice principals.[1][2]

History

The original Fort Frances High School was located in downtown Fort Frances in what is now the Fort Frances Museum. After that school, a new school was built. This school was located on Second Street E. When a new school was built, students in grade 9 would attend the new school while students in grades 10-13 would attend the old school. Eventually, the old high school was closed and all students were transferred to the new school which is what the high school is today. The old high school has now been torn down.
