Found in Translation Award
The Found in Translation Award was established by the Polish Book Institute, the Polish Cultural Institute London, the Polish Cultural Institute New York and the W.A.B. Publishing House (Warsaw). Since 2015 the FiT Award is awarded by the Polish Book Institute, the Polish Cultural Institute London and the Polish Cultural Institute New York (in 2016 they will be joined by the Polish Institute in New Delhi). It is an annual award for the best translation of Polish literature into English, and the award is given to the translator(s). The first award was made in 2007.[1][2][3]
