Foundry is an American rock band from Las Vegas, featuring drummer Marc Brattin, guitarist Chris iOrio, vocalist Kevin Lacerda, and bassist Niko Gemini. Their upcoming singles, "30,000 Feet" and "Primadonna," are set for 2025 release and were produced by Linkin Park's Colin Brittain. Known for their classic rock roots, Foundry achieved their sixth Top 40 hit in 2023 with "Crocodile Tears." Their live shows, produced by Metallica's Mike Gillies, have a unique Vegas flair. Foundry has shared the stage with iconic bands Nickelback, Rob Zombie, Disturbed, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach, and more.
History
[edit]Since 2018, Foundry has focused on releasing singles, starting with “Intoxicate,” which spent 12 weeks on the Active Rock Radio Top 40 Chart. They also dropped original tracks like “Not This Time” and “Thunder Rolls,” both produced by Colin Brittain. Additionally, the band released re-imagined versions of Lady Gaga's “Poker Face” (2019) and Pink Floyd's “Money” (2020). In response to the pandemic’s disruption of live music, Foundry hosted a July 4th tribute livestream, embracing new technology and engaging hybrid audiences.
In December 2014, Foundry made their debut with the single "Vegas Baby!" This was followed by the release of their self-titled debut album on January 5, 2015. The album features the exceptional vocals of Kelly Keeling, and was mixed by 7X Grammy-producer Steve Thompson, alongside engineer Matt Breunig, known for his work with the Killers. It also highlights Count's 77 guitarist Stoney Curtis and keyboardist Erik Norlander. Additional contributions come from Mark Boals, Scott Griffin, and Bjorn Englen, furthering Foundry's transition to the stage.
