Francis K. Lelo is a Kenyan academic, researcher and academic administrator. He is currently the Vice Chancellor of Laikipia University, one of the 22 public universities in Kenya, He has also served as the Principal at Kisii University before he was transferred to Laikipia University. He is known for his efforts towards environmental conservation.[1]
