Dr. Franjo Komarica (born 1946 in Banja Luka, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Bosnian Croat Roman Catholic prelate, the Bishop of Banja Luka since 1985.

He studied theology in Innsbruck in Austria, and was for long time the youngest member of the Bishop's Conference in Rome. He was President of the Bishops' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina for several years.

During the Yugoslav wars he did a great deal to help people. For this work he has received numerous awards, both from the European Union and the Franz Werfel Human Rights Award.
