Frazier Healthcare Partners' is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Seattle, Washington, USA.[1] It was founded by Alan D. Frazier in 1991.[1] The company has US$2 billion of assets under management.[2] With the Audax Group, it co-owns Correct Care Solutions, a healthcare provider in US prisons.[3]
