Fredrik Petersen (born 27 August 1983) is a Swedish handballer for HK Malmö and the Swedish national team. He played for GOG Svendborg, before moving to AG Copenhagen in the Summer of 2012. After the bankruptcy of the club the same club, he signed a one-year contract with HSV Hamburg.[1] He has previously played for IFK Ystad in the Swedish Elitserien. In 2013 he signed a contract with Füchse Berlin.[2]

He was part of the Swedish team that won the silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics.[3]
