Eight ships of the French Navy have been named in honour of Abraham Duquesne:

Furthermore, Montebello, a Template:Sclass- 74-gun ship of the line, was started as Duquesne before being renamed. She was seized by Austria, while under construction, at the fall of Venice in 1813.[1]
