Fulham Cross Girls’ School (FCGS) is a secondary school with academy status for girls aged 11-16, located in the Fulham area of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, England.[1]

FCGS is part of the Fulham College Academy Trust, alongside Fulham College Boys’ School and the Fulham Enterprise Studio, which opened in September 2012. FCGS (and Fulham College Boys’) students have priority admission to FES, with an option to transfer either in Year 10 or for sixth form.

The school received the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust English Award, which is "presented to schools or academies in the secondary sector that have interesting, creative, innovative and sustainable practice in their English department, and a proven track-record of maximising achievement and attainment for all"[2]

Ofsted Reports

In 2011, Ofsted described FCGS as "outstanding because it ensures outstanding achievement for all students and strives constantly to provide the best possible care and education for each individual"[3] The school was also inspected in economics and business education in 2011 and rated outstanding[4]
