Fulton Bank, N.A., founded 1882, is the wholly owned banking subsidiary of Fulton Financial Corp., a financial services holding company headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Currently, Fulton Bank is major and largest source of its parent company's net income.

Fulton Financial Corporation operates affiliates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. The names of the affiliate banks are Fulton Bank NA, Fulton Bank of New Jersey, FNB Bank NA, Swineford National Bank, The Columbia Bank, and Lafayette Ambassador Bank.

As of December 31, 2008, Fulton Bank reported 107 branches with assets of more than $7 billion.[1]
It mainly operates in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
