Gadsden City School District is a school district in Etowah County, Alabama.

Gadsden City Schools are composed of 7 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, and one high school, Gadsden City High School.

More than 650 employees, including National Board Certified and highly-qualified teachers, as well as other award-winning professionals, are dedicated to seeing approximately 5,500 students reach their greatest potential. With more than 30 competitive academic and athletic teams as well as more than a dozen performing ensembles and countless clubs, there are opportunities for every student to grow and expand their horizons.

Our school system offers one of the strongest fine arts programs in the state, and our career training programs are among the most technologically advanced in the Southeast.
