Georgianne Leigh Walken (maiden name Thon; born 1944) is an American casting director.[1][2]

Life and career

Walken, along with casting partner Sheila Jaffe of Walken/Jaffe,[3] has been the casting director for more than 80 television shows and movies since 1990, including The Sopranos and Entourage.[4]

Walken also had minor acting roles in a 2006 episode of The Sopranos, as well as Brainstorm, a 1983 movie starring her husband Christopher Walken and the late Natalie Wood. The Walkens have been married since 1969, but have no children. They reside in rural Connecticut.[5][6] Walken and Jaffe did the casting for Basquiat, in which Christopher Walken has a cameo appearance. Walken and Jaffee have cast numerous films, including as Monkeybone, Bedazzled, Black Knight, Two Girls and a Guy, and Subway Stories. Their first casting effort was for the film End of the Night (1990).
