Unterseeboot 535 or U-535 was a German World War II Type IXC/40 submarine commissioned 23 December 1942. U-535 served with 4. Unterseebootflottille (U-Boat Flotilla) for training and later with 10. Unterseebootflottille from 1 June 1943 to 5 July 1943. U-535 completed one patrol, but did not sink any ships.

U-535 was sunk with all hands on deck on 5 July 1943 northeast of Cape Finisterre by depth charges dropped by a Liberator of RAF No.53 Squadron.
