Unterseeboot 66 or U-66 has been the name of several German submarines or U-boats during the First World War and the Second World War.
- Unterseeboot 66 (1915) was built in 1915 and operated in the First Battle of the Atlantic during the First World War before being sunk in 1917.

- Unterseeboot B-66 was built in 1917 and disappeared in 1918.
