Germantown is an unincorporated community in O'Brien County, Iowa, in the United States. Also Another in Southwest Marion County Iowa Originally called New Chicago on Whitebreast creek later moved a mile north at 20th place and Rutledge.

History

Germantown was platted in 1901.[1]
