Deputy Minister of Sport and Recreation South Africa, Gert Oosthuizen, addressing the participants of the 3rd Plenary Session of the Sport for Development and Peace International Working Group (SDP IWG) held at the UN Office at Geneva (UNOG), Switzerland, as a keynote speaker.

Gerhardus "Gert" Cornelius Oosthuizen (born 10 May 1957) is the current Deputy Minister of Sport and Recreation (since 10 May 2004)[1] in South Africa.[2][3][4]
