Collins holds an MA degree in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.[2]

Career

After graduating from Cambridge University in 1992, Gill joined Procter & Gamble, where she led global brands such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Olay, Max Factor, Always & Tampax and moved swiftly up the ladder to Marketing Director, General Manager and Senior Vice President.[3][4][5] On leaving P&G, she became a published author, NED, Consultant & Coach. She is the founder and CEO of The Brand Execs.[6][7][8]
