Gjergj Topia (Template:Lang-sq, Template:Lang-it, fl. 1388–d. 1392), also known as George Thopia, was the Lord of Durazzo (Durrës) from 1388 to 1392. He was the son of Karl Topia and Vojisava Balšić. George married Teodora Branković of the Serbian Branković family.

George was obliged to return Dyrrhachium to the Republic of Venice in 1392.[1] Later that year, he died without issue. His sister, Elena, gained the bulk of his holdings. A smaller portion was left for his younger sister, Vojsava.
