Glądy [ˈɡlɔndɨ] (German: Glendy) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Grunwald, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Gierzwałd (the gmina seat), 12 km (7 mi) south of Ostróda, and 38 km (24 mi) south-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The village has a population of 140.
