Global Environmental Change is a peer-reviewed academic journal covering research on environmental change that was established in 1990. It is published by Elsevier. Editors-in-chief are J. Barnett, Declan Conway, L. Lebel and K. Seto. According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2014 impact factor of 5.089, ranking it 11th out of 223 journals in the category "environmental sciences".[1]
