Gonococcemia (also known as "Arthritis–dermatosis syndrome"[1] and "Disseminated gonococcal infection"[1]) is a condition characterized by a hemorrhagic vesiculopustular eruption, bouts of fever, and arthralgia or actual arthritis of one or several joints.[2]: 277
