"Good Morning, Herr Horst"
Song

"Good Morning, Herr Horst" is Mando Diao's second single by the album Ode to Ochrasy and their twelfth overall. It was only released in Germany. Herr Horst is a German homeless living in Stockholm, infamous for playing the harmonica in a very peculiar way. The single was only released in Germany; in the rest of Europe, TV & Me was released instead. "Carbon Place" is the first song Mando Diao have released which contains some Swedish lyrics. "Spit On Your Love" was also included as a B-side to The Wildfire (If It Was True) EP available on iTunes.

The single edit of the title track is actually longer than the album version, which is unusual, as single edits are usually shorter than their album counterparts.

The song is about Horst Holtfreter, a homeless man who used to play the mouth organ on the streets of central Stockholm.
