Grace Diaz (born 1957) is an American politician who is a Democratic State Representative from Rhode Island representing District 11 in the city of Providence, Rhode Island. She was the first Dominican-American woman elected to state office in the history of the United States of America.

Diaz is an alumna of Springfield College in Massachusetts. She is also the vice-chair of the Rhode Island Democratic Party.
