Greg Kulz is a San Francisco-based tattoo artist whose work has been considered highly influential in the Modern Primitive Movement. He is also known for pioneering both fluorescent (change color under ultra-violet light; see UV tattoo) and luminescent (glow-in-the-dark) tattoos.

He is featured in the RE/Search publications book Modern Primitives, written by V. Vale and Andrea Juno, as well as numerous magazines and other publications.

He studied Fine Art at the San Francisco Art Institute, and grew up in Fallsburg, New York and Florence, Italy.
