Grupo Breca, also known as Grupo Brescia, is a Peruvian conglomerate. It was founded as a real estate company by Fortunato Brescia Tassano, an Italian immigrant.

Management

After Fortunato Brescia Tassano's death in 1951, Grupo Breca was co-managed by his sons, Mario Brescia Cafferata and Pedro Brescia Cafferata.[1] Since 2016, the co-chairmen have been Alex Fort Brescia and Pedro Brescia Moreyra.[2]

Heiresses Ana Maria Brescia Cafferata and Rosa Brescia Cafferata own 30% each, but do not actively manage the company.[3][4]

Assets

It includes investments in "agriculture, finance, hotels, manufacturing, mining and real estate."[5] One of its subsidiaries, Tecnologica de Alimentos (TASA), is "one of the largest producers of fish meal in the world."[6]
