Habboush (Arabic: حبّوش) is a populated area in southern Lebanon.[1] The population is estimated to be approximately 15,000.It is located at latitude: 33.4072900 and longitude: 35.4816900
History
[edit]In 1875 Victor Guérin found the village to be inhabited by 200 Metualis.[2]
Demographics
[edit]In 2014 Muslims made up 99,31% of registered voters in Habboush. 96,47% of the voters were Shiite Muslims.[3]
