Harry von Meter (March 20, 1871 – June 2, 1956) was an American silent film actor. He starred in about 200 films until 1929.

Born in Malta Bend, Missouri, von Meter was signed by the Thanhouser Company based in New Rochelle, New York in 1912, moving to American Film Studios a year or two later. He appeared in the 1923 film The Hunchback of Notre Dame as Mons. Neufchatel. He was sometimes credited as Harry van Meter.

He died in Sawtelle, Los Angeles, California.
