Hellinsia cervicalis is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is found in Bolivia.[1]

The wingspan is 17 mm. The forewings are ochreous‑brown and the markings are brown. The hindwings are dark brown and the fringes are greyish‑brown.[2]
