Hellinsia costalba is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is found in Peru.

The wingspan is 21 mm. The forewings are pale ochreous‑brown. There is a white costal line at the basal half and a dark spot at the base of the cleft. The hindwings and fringes are brown‑grey. Adults are on wing in August.[1]
