Hlamalani Wendy Mayimele is a South African businesswoman, diplomat, and politician. She represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly during the first democratic Parliament from 1994 to 1999,[1] gaining election in the 1994 general election.[2] A teacher by profession,[3] she was a member of Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry.[4]

After leaving Parliament in 1999, she entered the diplomatic service.[3]
