Hobart Sterling Sacket

Hobart Sterling Sacket was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly and the Wisconsin State Senate.

Biography

Sacket was born on February 14, 1844, in Sackets Harbor, New York. He attended what is now Western Reserve Academy.

Career

Sacket was a member of the Assembly in 1872 before representing the 9th District in the Senate from 1877 to 1880.[1] Additionally, he was chairman (similar to mayor) of Aurora, Waushara County, Wisconsin, and a delegate to the 1872 Republican National Convention.
