Hollywood in Vienna is an annual film music gala taking place in the Vienna Concert Hall (Wiener Konzerthaus), where the Max Steiner Film Music Achievement Award is presented. Last "Hollywood in Vienna" concerts took place on 15th and 16th October 2015.

Overview

In the course of each Hollywood in Vienna concert, one of the world's most renowned film composers is honored by the City of Vienna and his or her work performed by the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra (RSO). The gala concert was initiated in 2007 by Sandra Tomek, B.O.F.M. Best of Film Music, and has since then been produced by B.O.F.M. and Echo Medienhaus and co-produced by Michael Balgavy.
