Dr Honoria Somerville Keer, MBChB (26 December 1883 – 20 March 1969) was a British surgeon during World War I, where she served as Assistant Medical Officer with the Girton and Newnham Unit of the Scottish Women's Hospital for Foreign Service.

Dr Keer received the Croix de Guerre and Médaille d'Honneur (France) and the Order of St. Sava (Serbia) medals for her services during the Great War.[1]

Family

  • Caroline Keer, elder half-sister by their father, Major General Jonathan Keer (1825-1907), ex-HM Bengal Staff Corps.
