Hurand District

Hurand District (Persian: بخش هوراند) is a district (bakhsh) in Ahar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 22,528, in 4,744 families.[2] The District has one city: Hurand. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Chahardangeh Rural District, Dikleh Rural District, and District Rural District.
