Hyer's Hotel is located in Madison, Wisconsin. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]

History

The hotel was built by David and Anna Hyer. In 1875, Henry C. Jaquish bought the hotel. During the American Civil War, Union Army soldiers quartered in the building. The hotel was designated a landmark by the Madison Landmarks Commission in 1975.[2] Additionally, it is listed on the Wisconsin State Register of Historic Places.
