Hyperolius hutsebauti is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, swamps, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, water storage areas, ponds, and canals and ditches.
