ISIRI 8316 is a standard published by the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI) based on Directive 93/33/EEC and Directive 99/23/EC. It defines protective devices intended to prevent the unauthorized use of two or three-wheel motor vehicles.[1]
