Ibirlija is a small Turkish village past the village Celevec in the eastern mountain valley of the municipality. It is practically deserted, as no more than a handful of people still have a house there. Most residents now live in Chelevec or a more recent, as yet, unofficial village of the Municipality, Laki. Laki is just off the main highway, and recently, electricity was brought to this village. Ibirlija is farther along the river, which shares its name. It is very remote, but amid beautiful surroundings in the forested mountain.
