Ilir Shulku (born 20 January 1969) is a retired Albanian footballer.

Shulku had a brief spell with Apollon Athens F.C. in the Greek Alpha Ethniki.[1]

Shulku made 40 appearances for the Albania national football team from 1992 to 2000.
