Independent Investment Advisors is an American Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) company that provides investment management, financial planning, tax planning, and financial advice.[1] The company was founded by Goran Ognjenovic and Danijela Ognjenovic. Goran continues to serve as the Principal Advisor and Chief Investment Officer.[2] The company is a fiduciary, fee-only and fully independent financial advisor located in Oregon serving high-net-worth and small-business-owner clients.

It was founded in 2015 and it’s headquartered in Hillsboro Oregon.[3][4] The company is serving clients across the United States. It operates as a multifamily wealth office and specializes in custom solutions tailored to the needs of its member families.
