Indiana Grand Racing & Casino (formerly Indiana Live! and Indiana Grand) in Shelbyville, Indiana, the closest casino to Indianapolis, is a Las Vegas-style gaming establishment that offers gaming, food, a gift shop and entertainment. The 233,000-square-foot (21,600 m2) facility has over 2,200 slot machines and electronic table games. The poker room offers Texas Hold’em and daily tournaments. Built at a cost of more than $250 million, Indiana Grand Racing & Casino was awarded top honors in multiple gaming magazines like Southern Gaming Magazine and Midwest Gaming and Travel.
The facility also features an attached horse racing track and OTB named Indiana Grand Racecourse in addition to a new in house OTB named Winners Circle Brewpub and OTB. Indiana Grand Racing & Casino features music each weekend consisting of live bands on Friday and a DJ on Saturday and offers cash drawings for members of their players club, Club Centaur Rewards Club.
Indiana Grand Racing & Casino opened on March 13, 2009 as Indiana Live! Casino. It was renamed as Indiana Grand Casino in June 2012 and rebranded as Indiana Grand Racing & Casino in February 2013.
Centaur Gaming, LLC purchased the casino in February 2013.

Indiana Grand Race Course is a horse racing track in Shelbyville, Indiana. The track hosts both thoroughbred and quarter horse racing. Prior to the 2014 racing season, the track was known as Indiana Downs.[1]
