State Road 645 is a 2-mile route in the U.S. state of Indiana in Daviess and Martin counties. It was originally Indiana State Road 45.

Route description

State Road 645 begins at U.S. Route 231 and runs directly east. It passes through the small town of Burns City, and continues past it to the western border of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division.
